A message to our customers during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak

WE ARE STILL SHIPPING ORDERS

Dear costumer,

In light of the developments regarding COVID-19, I’d like to first say that our thoughts are with those affected by the virus in the U.S. and around the globe. At Lockology, the well-being and safety of our staff, customers and communities are our top priority. As we closely monitor the evolving impact, we are implementing ongoing measures to ensure the health and safety of our staff, while also maintaining the highest level of service to you.

To that end, we are still shipping out orders, however shipments may experience delays as we have only one person on staff shipping out orders each day to reduce the risk. Please note orders may take 3-8 business days to arrive.

We are keeping up with the guidance of the World Health Organization, CDC and state and local authorities and we will continue to adjust our guidance accordingly.

As we navigate through these unprecedented times, I’m reminded of how fortunate we are to be part of this strong community that supports each other to accomplish great things. It is the power of this community that will propel us through this to better times.
