Best Loc Conditioner

I ordered this June 27 and it just arrived July 15. I sent a message to the business no answer. I know Florida had hurricane Elsa but it could have reached before that I didn’t realize how small the bottle was. It smells good and is moisturizing my Locs. This is my second purchase from this company first experience was good. Maybe it’s just a one off.
