At Lockology, we are committed to providing high-quality products. Due to the nature of our cosmetic and personal care products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

No Returns or Exchanges
For hygiene, health, and product safety reasons, Lockology does not accept returns or exchanges on any products once an order has been shipped.
This policy applies to all products sold through MyLockology.com, ProductsForDreadlocks.com, and any other Lockology-operated website.
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us investigate, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product
- Photographs of the shipping box and packaging
After reviewing your claim, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
Lost or Carrier-Damaged Packages
Once your order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the transportation and delivery of the package rests with the carrier.
If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, please notify us as soon as possible.
Although Lockology is not responsible for packages after they have been shipped, we are committed to assisting our customers by:
- Contacting the shipping carrier on your behalf.
- Initiating or assisting with a carrier claim or investigation.
- Providing shipping documentation when requested by the carrier.
- Working with you throughout the carrier’s claims process.
Any replacement or reimbursement for packages lost or damaged during transit is subject to the carrier’s investigation, shipping insurance (if applicable), and the carrier’s determination.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. For this reason, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If your order has already entered processing or has shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel.
